After more than 45 years in the financial services industry, the time is right for me to bring on a partner so that, over time, I may transition into retirement.

My goal is to see your financial affairs looked after by a well qualified team that will bring you ongoing confidence and success. I am pleased to announce I have formed a strategic alliance with Paul Edmiston and his team at IPC Securities.

I have worked alongside Paul for more than 20 years and many of you already know him. There are many reasons I have elected to partner with Paul. I know him to have the integrity needed to give clients the assurance that their goals will be achieved. He is extremely detail oriented and able to deal with the very complicated world that investors face today. And I know he is a capable communicator, a key element for me. However the most exciting aspect of this partnership is the fact that Paul is a full service investment advisor and is able to offer you even more investment tools than I have been able to.

Over the past several decade I have witnessed a crescendo of risks in the investment world. As I prepare to step into the background as an advisor, I want to know my successor has the tools needed to deal with all sorts of investment risks. Paul has all the resources I have enjoyed and many more including individual stocks, ETFs and bonds as well as mutual funds, insurance products, GICs and more. The addition of being able to offer individual stocks may well prove to be a valuable tool going forward. I will leave it to Paul to send you some information about the resources he can put to work for you, but I am confident he can and will deliver the peace of mind all my clients seek.

This is why he will become my (and my family's) advisor as well. Over the coming weeks and months I will be very happy to arrange a meeting to introduce you to Paul.

For the moment things remain the same. Same phone number, same quarterly statements and so on. I will be available to assist you in any way I can. This is the beginning of my eventual retirement. I am focused on putting the right people in place to make this transition as seamless as possible for you. Paul and his team will closely mirror my business values, processes and spirit.
